Terms & Conditions

These User Terms and Conditions ("User Terms") apply to your visit to and use of the TRYK CHARGE Mobile Application and Site, whether through a computer or mobile phone, the Service and the Application, as well as to all information, recommendations and/or services provided to You on or through the Site, the Service and the Application.

By logging in and using the application, you consent to be bound by these User Terms. Please read and understand these User Terms entirely before use. Your agreement constitutes a binding agreement between You and TRYK CHARGE SERVICES LLP. Acceptance also includes acceptance of the Privacy Policy and consent to receive promotional emails and SMS alerts.

You will be "Eligible" to use the Services only when all of the following conditions are fulfilled:

• You have attained at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
• You are competent to enter into a contract under Applicable Laws.
• If you reside in a jurisdiction that restricts use of this Service due to age, or restricts your ability to enter into contracts such as these User Terms, you must abide by such age limits.

• You can Register/Sign Up on the Application only after complying with requirements and entering your Registration Data.
• You shall ensure that Registration Data is accurate, complete, current, valid and true, and updated from time to time. We bear no liability for false or incorrect Registration Data.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Registration Data and for all activities that occur through your Account.
• Your Account cannot be transferred, assigned or sold to a third party.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account with immediate effect if Registration Data is found to be incorrect or if Account security is compromised.
• Only one Account may be opened per Registration Data. For unauthorized use, contact support@trykcharge.in immediately.
• It is your responsibility to download the correct application for your device.

• Account Deletion Request: To request deletion of your account, please send an email to support@trykcharge.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
• Registered Mobile Number: You must mention the mobile number registered with your TRYK CHARGE account in the email. We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.
• Permanent Deletion: Once your account deletion request has been processed, your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered or reactivated. You may need to create a new account to use TRYK CHARGE services again, subject to applicable registration requirements.
• Wallet Points and Rewards: Any unused wallet points, promotional credits, referral rewards, or other non-refundable benefits associated with your account may be forfeited upon account deletion and cannot be recovered or transferred.
• Pending Transactions: You are advised to complete all ongoing charging sessions and resolve any pending transactions, disputes, refunds, or payment-related issues before requesting account deletion.
• Data Retention: Certain transaction records, invoices, and other information may be retained by TRYK CHARGE SERVICES LLP where required by applicable laws, regulatory obligations, or legitimate business requirements, even after account deletion.
• Processing of Requests: Account deletion requests will be processed after verification and in accordance with applicable laws and TRYK CHARGE's operational procedures. For assistance with account deletion, please contact support@trykcharge.in.

By using the Application or Service, You agree that:

• You will not use an account subject to rights of another person without authorization.
• You will not use the Service or Site/Application for unlawful purposes.
• You will not try to harm the Service, Site, Application or our network in any way.
• You will provide TRYK CHARGE SERVICES LLP with information and documents as reasonably requested.
• You will only use an authorized network to avail the Service.
• Standard messaging, data, and voice charges of your network provider will apply when using the Service.
• You will comply with all Applicable Law and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

• At the end of the EV Charging Session, the Total Payable Amount will be collected. Any remaining additional paid amount shall be refunded to the EV User's Wallet.
• A receipt and Tax Invoice shall be provided and sent to your registered email address.
• For account access issues, contact support@trykcharge.in to request account blocking. We are not liable for unauthorized transactions.

You may pay for the Service Fee by any of the following methods:
